The Yamaha JX20, crafted by Nippon Gakki in Japan during the mid-80s, is a solid-state amplifier renowned for its exceptional vintage sound. It is celebrated for its beautiful clean tones that suit a wide range of genres, from Jazz and beyond. The amp’s overdriven sound delivers a pleasing vintage fuzz-like distortion. It features two channels, low and high, along with double gain staging, a push-pull gain knob, and a separate volume control. It includes a built-in spring reverb that’s made in the USA, which produces a very natural sound. The amp also handles stomp boxes exceptionally well and can get very loud without breaking up.

The condition is great; everything functions perfectly without any scratchy pots or technical issues. Cosmetically, it’s in decent condition with clean brown tolex and grille, and all original parts, knobs, etc. The cabinet and grille cloth are free from rips or dings.
